今日の３時間目に「歓迎のつどい」がありました。まずはエイサーの発表でミルクムナリを行いました。その後は児童生徒会を中心に，学校の行事の紹介を行いました。運動会や文化祭をはじめ，追い込み漁などの口之島ならではの行事を写真や映像を使って説明をしました。最後には，校歌と「としまのうた」の金管発表を行いました。
学校紹介の後はレクリエーションを行いました。レクリエーションの中で今日は，くちっこ園のＣ先生の誕生日だということが分かりました。誕生日おめでとうございます。レクは，みんなで楽しく盛り上がることができたと思います。改めて，２名の児童生徒４名の先生方。ようこそ口之島小中学校に。今年度も素晴らしい思い出を全員で作り上げていきましょう。
We held our school introduction during third period. First our students performed an Eisa dance. Then they introduced some of the school's events and Kuchinoshima. After that, our school's brass band played the school theme, and Toshima Uta.
After the introduction was over, everyone joined in on some games. Even our island's preschooler joined the fun. Today's event was for our two new students, and our four new teachers. We hope to make great memories with you all this year!
